At The Aesthetic Company, clinical care is led by Jennifer Adams, PA-C, a Certified Physician Assistant and Aesthetic Clinician known for her refined eye, patient-centered approach, and commitment to safe, thoughtful treatment planning. Jennifer practices under the supervision of Dr. Laura Purdy, MD, MBA, a board-certified physician medical director who provides physician oversight, clinical guidance, and support in accordance with state regulations. Together, their roles help ensure that every patient experience is rooted in expertise, safety, and individualized care.
Jennifer Adams PA-C
Jennifer Adams is a Certified Physician Assistant and Aesthetic Clinician known for her refined eye, upbeat energy, and deeply personal approach to patient care. Practicing under the supervision of a board-certified physician medical director, Jennifer brings extensive experience in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Southern California’s competitive aesthetic industry.
Her blend of medical training, aesthetic expertise, and attention to detail allows her to create thoughtful, balanced treatment plans while making each patient feel heard, comfortable, and confident. Known for her warmth, honesty, and charisma, Jennifer creates a care experience built on trust, connection, and genuine patient-centered guidance.
Dr. Laura Purdy, MD, MBA
Dr. Laura Purdy, MD, MBA serves as Medical Director for The Aesthetic Company, providing physician oversight, clinical guidance, and support in accordance with state regulations.
Although Dr. Purdy may not be physically present in the office, she works in collaboration with Jennifer Adams, PA-C to support safe, appropriate, and individualized patient care. Her role includes physician supervision, clinical oversight, and guidance to help ensure that medical services are performed with the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.

Patient Coordinator
Alicia Thompson
Alicia Thompson is often the first friendly voice patients connect with at The Aesthetic Company. As Patient Coordinator, she helps guide patients through booking, scheduling, appointment questions, and general practice information.
Whether you are calling to schedule a consultation, asking about treatment options, or needing help preparing for your visit, Alicia helps make the process feel smooth, welcoming, and easy from the very beginning. Her role is centered around communication, organization, and making sure each patient feels taken care of before they ever walk through the door.
Marketing Director
Sandra Arellano
Sandra Arellano works closely with Jennifer to keep the brand’s digital presence, social media, events, and patient communication aligned, polished, and relevant.
Based in California, Sandra supports the practice remotely while also traveling to Milton when needed for events, campaigns, and special projects. If you have attended one of The Aesthetic Company’s events, there is a good chance you have seen her behind the scenes helping bring the experience to life. Her role is focused on storytelling, brand strategy, digital marketing, and making sure the practice’s personality shines both online and in person.
Marketing & Events Support
Omar Calles
Omar Calles is part of The Aesthetic Company’s marketing support team, assisting with events, digital projects, photography, and video content for marketing and e-commerce purposes.
Also based in California, Omar works with the team remotely and travels to support the practice when needed, especially during special events and marketing activations. His role helps keep projects moving, events organized.
